Lot 3002

Work appears to be in good condition with some areas to take note of:
Light marks from old framers tape have penetrated the paper, leaving marks on the artwork this is evident in six areas approx 10 x 30mm in each corner of image & centre top and bottom edge.
Slight overall yellowing of paper in accordance with age of artwork
The work appears to have a slight wave throughout paper indicating it has not been glued down to backing board
No holes, foxing or tears evident, however this has been observed from outside the frame.
Paper sits behind a good quality mauve mount and housed in a thin curved gold painted frame circa 1970.
