In our opinion, the diamonds are bright and lively, probably of H to I colour and SI clarity, as gauged and graded within the limitations of the cutting style and the mounting. The amethyst petals have some minor chips and nicks, with typical inclusions.

The mounting displays scratches commensurate with age and wear. Some claws may require attention.

The brooch is of good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.

Overall condition is very good to good.
