The Sevres bisque bust modelled as Marie Antionette, dressed in a simple low-cut dress, her hair spilling out from beneath a tiara and a head scarf, mounted on a blue glazed base with two gold lines, circa 1870
The Sampson bust modelled as Princess de Lamballa wearing a pleated blouse, a hat with flowers on top and ribbons trailing behind and a fulsome blouse with her hair falling on top, mounted on a tall simulated lapis pillar, circa 1880
20cm & 24.5cm high respectively
