The tear drop pierced pendant overlaid with a diamond set flower and scroll detail throughout, diamonds total 0.40cts, highlighted by two onyx panels and having four interchangeable tear drop panels of onyx, lapis lazuli, coral and white chalcedony, with a hinged panel to the reverse, suspended from a fine chain, all mounted in 18ct white gold, total length 450mm.
