The three quarter pierced gallery top above the tooled leather mounted sloping top, flanked by narrow drawers to the sides above the front tambour shutters enclosing nine small drawers bordered with purpleheart, embellished all round with trellis sycamore parquetry and boxwood stringing framed by ormolu beading, on tapering legs headed by foliate ormolu mounts, joined by two open galleried platform shelves with figured central olivewood oval inlay, ending in ormolu feet, the interior stencilled 103, 77 width x 54.5 depth x 133cm height

Mostly in good order, old split to lower shelf stabilised with old dovetail join underneath, the leather to fall front a later replacement accurate in colour etc.
