A LARGE FRENCH EMPIRE ORMOLU, BRONZE AND PORPHYRY URN
CIRCA 1850

Of classical- inspired design, modelled as a shell formed bowl flanked by two semi-nude females, with flowers in each hand, supported by a fluted stem and raised on a stepped porphyry plinth base, with a decorative ormolu lyre mount.

Overall good condition, the porphyry base has small chips to most of the corners and edges, the bronze figures have a few inconsistent patches to their patina.
