NOTES
This lovely example from 1923 is one of the earliest known surviving models of the reference 448 and represents a precursor to the Calatrava collection. The design is heavily influenced by the Bauhaus ideals of form following function. This example is characterized by a domed watch glass, a flat polished bezel, and integrated lugs slightly arched so that the watch sits comfortably on the wrist.
