A JAPANESE CEREMONIAL WOOD CHILD'S SWORD
EDO (1603-1868) / MEIJI PERIOD (1868-1912)

Comprising a Saya decorated in Nashiji lacquer and gilt mounts with stylised chrysanthemum fittings, the Tsuka (hilt) in a traditional wrapped style over Samegawa (ray skin), gold lacquered Tsuba, Fuchi and Kashira fittings with short wooden blade.

Wear the the lacquer, gilt mounts, silk cords, and a large loss to the inner wooden sword.
