An early and small writing box, the lid depicting a hiramakie and pewter geese in flight over finely lacquered design of fishing nets, the underside and interior in sparse bronze and gold nashiji. Unsigned.
2cm high, 10.5cm, 12.3cm deep

Overall condition good, with minor wear, inkstone and frame work not original.
