The sofa has a fair amount of scratching, marking and scuffing to the leather which is consistent with its age and previous use. The blondewood feet have similar signs of surface scratching and marking. The fabric on the underside of the sofa shows signs of pulling and fraying. There are no large rips or tears to the upholstery. The sofa is structurally sound and overall is in fair condition.
