Minor marks, stains and scratches throughout both the chair and ottoman to the leather. Minor marks and scratches to the metal frame and legs. Signs of wear present to the plastic feet caps. Only very minor signs of aging to the metal. General signs of wear to the leather present but all consistent with its age and previous use. The chair is comfortable, structurally sound and swivels smoothly. All the stitching is intact and there are no rips, holes or major losses of any kind. Overall in very good condition.
