Marks and surface scratches present to wooden frame and throughout the leather upholstery, all consistent with the age and previous use of the armchair. Signs of wear to the leather in areas and few clear signs of wear to the leather of the armrests. Splits to the fabric under the cushion. No major losses and the armchair is structurally stable. The leather has aged and worn well, and the chair has no major losses. Comfortable and in very good condition overall.
