Minor marks and scratches present throughout, consistent with age and use. General signs of wear to leather. Splits and signs of wear to the fabric on underside of the cushions. Staining and signs of liquid damage to underneath cushions. Leather is in good condition. Structurally sound and comfortable, overall fair condition.
