Minor marks and surface scratches present throughout, all consistent with the age and previous use of the chair & ottoman. Minor patina development to metal elements. Ageing & wear to suede with fading and discolouration. Some marks, scratches and stains present to suede. No major losses. No clear rips or splits to suede and it is physically in good condition. The chair and ottoman are structurally sound and are comfortable. In good vintage condition overall.
