A CHRISTOFLE 'ALBI' PATTERN SILVER PLATE FLATWARE SERVICE
Late 20th century

A service for ten, seventy-two pieces of flatware, comprising ten each of entrée knives and forks, table knives and forks, soup spoons, dessert spoons, and tea spoons, and a carving knife and fork, together with a pair of Christofle 'Cluny' pattern pepper grinders, a pair of Christofle silver plate and crystal salt cellars and spoons in a plain pattern, and a pair of knife rests by another maker

At close inspection the main service shows very slight wear consistent with use, with typical light superficial scratches, more to handles than to lower parts.

The carving knife and fork show few indications of use excepting a few scratches to the blade.

The dishes to the crystal salt cellars show slight superficial pitting to their interiors, mostly to the bases.

The grinders show slight superficial wear consistent with use.

All are in various Christofle-branded cases and cardboard boxes, which show handling wear.
