Antique diamond bar brooch with a detachable drop pearl convertible to a diamond pendant, set with a central row of five diamonds surrounded by claw-set mixed old-cut diamonds to a hinged pin and lever catch with safety chain and pin. The detachable pendant is in the form of a shell with approximately sixty graduated pavé-set rose-cut diamonds centred with a single oval drop cultured pearl, the diamonds together weighing approximately 6.50 carats, mounted in 9 carat and 14 carat gold, length approximately 40mm, width approximately 15mm, pearl measuring approximately 4.70mm, gross weight approximately 16.9 grams.

The brooch is an antique piece. All care has been taken and the condition is commensurate with age. The diamonds are secure in the settings. The settings and the brooch show age and some markings on the metal.
The pin is in good condition and tight when closed.
The attachment is in good condition and the pearl is in good condition commensurate with age. The pearl shows smooth skin and is in good condition.
This piece is sold in the condition as is.
