The brooch is in good condition and is a fine example of mid-century work. The claws around the pear cut emeralds are in good condition. The emeralds are darker but are transparent.
The diamonds are secure in the settings. The claws are straight on the grain-set border. The diamonds are in excellent condition devoid of chips and abrasions.
The open work shows no evidence of damage or repairs and are in consistent shape as originally designed and made.
The pin is straight and the roll clip is tight and secure.
