A PAIR OF SÈVRES GILT BRONZE-MOUNTED CERAMIC VASES ATTRIBUTED TO PAUL MILET
Circa 1920

Each of tapering bottle shape in dark turquoise flambé glaze suffused with green and cream, each mounted with a band of repeating vase and floral swag design below the shoulder and with reeded and floral bands at the lip and foot, underglaze Sèvres mark underside
Each 18.5cm high

Overall condition and appearance good
Slight wear to the gilding to mounts in places
One vase with various hairline cracks to glaze
Signs of restoration to the bottom of each vase around the edges of the metal mounts when inspected under UV light- most prominently on the vase with hairline cracks
