Lot 234
Property of a Private New South Wales Collector
Attributed to Tony White, composed as a line of 7.5mm Akoya pearls decorated to the front with gold rondelles, completed by a oval clasp, inner circumference 450mm, gross weight approximately 36.2 grams.
Estimate $700 - $1,000
In our opinion, the cultured pearls have a creamy bodycolour with rose overtones, good lustre, naturally occurring blemishes, variation and mottling, spacers with scratches and scuffs.
The mounting displays scratches commensurate with age and wear.
The necklace is of good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.
Overall condition very good.
