Papunya Tula Artists, Alice Springs, Northern Territory (accompanied by the certificate of authenticity)
Private collection, Adelaide

"This painting depicts designs associated with the rockhole site of Yumarra, east of Punkilpirri, which is north-west of Docker River in the Walter James Range. A group of women camped at this site. They later continued their travels north through Tjukula and Tjalili. The circles in the work are the rockholes and soakage water sites in the area through which they passed. While in the area the women gathered the edible fruit known as mangata or quandong from the small tree Santalum acuminatum and the edible berries kampurarrpa or desert raisin from the small shrub Solanum centrale."

As stated on the Papunya Tula Artists certificate of authenticity
