15TH/16TH CENTURY

The figure of the historical Shakyamuni Buddha seated in padmasana atop a double lotus base, with the right hand in bhumisphara mudra, wearing an elaborate dhoti and patchwork cloth, with high pointed ushnisha and a dorje/vajra resting before the figure.
