The female modelled in a spirited dancing pose holding a cymbal in each hand, painted in polychrome enamel and gold patina, her costume incorporating geometric motifs, and a theatrical headpiece featuring disks inset with semiprecious stones, her carved ivory face with a focused expression, mounted on an oval green onyx base. Arthur Rubinstein foundry mark, GERDAGO, and AUSTRIA marked to the bronze.
35cm high, 18.5cm wide, 11cm deep

Losses and wear to the enamel and gold throughout, with retouching as well, the raised cymbal is slightly dented, the ivory face may have been reglued, the central stone is missing from the left disk of the head piece, mild patination overall beneath the paintwork, minor chip around the onyx base,
