EDO PERIOD (1603-1868), CIRCA 17TH CENTURY
The ovoid stoneware jar with beautiful wabi kiln affects including feldspathic white spots, bubbling and blow-outs, the jar slightly uneven with concreted kiln waste to one part of the foot, and an ancient smoky patina.
