Minor marks and surface scratches present, all consistent with the age and previous use of the wardrobe. A few marks and dents to the legs. Very minor fading and discolouration in a few areas. The top has been left unfinished and has a lot of paint residue and stains on it. No major chips or losses present. The wardrobe is structurally sound and overall in good condition.
