Of cluster design, centring a claw-set octagonal-shaped yellow sapphire weighing 13.73 carats, framed by a halo of pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds to similarly set shoulders, the 50 small diamonds together weighing approximately 0.81 carats, mounted in platinum and 18ct gold, size M1/2.

Accompanied by a GIA report numbered 2221357596, dated 30 March 2022, stating that the 13.73 carat yellow sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating, of Sri Lanka origin.
