Composed of three strands of cultured pearls measuring approximately 9.25mm to 11.65mm, completed by a detachable enhancer modelled as a flowerhead centring a 11.50mm cultured pearl framed by oval cabochon angel skin coral and circular checkerboard-cut amethyst between pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 0.40 carats, mounted in 18ct gold, inner circumference 600mm.
