Of grey stoneware pottery with vertical double-line decoration to the body, further decorated with remnant paintwork in red and buff colour of scrolling archaic clouds.
31.5cm high, 36cm wide

Estimate $1,000 - $1,500

Sold for $1,100

Wear to the painted decoration. A few small chips around the mouth. Some larger chips around the foot rim. One area of loss to one side of the jar.
