The chair has been reupholstered, yet contains the original CFC-free injection-moulded polyurethane foam, self-skinning polyurethane and mild steel structure within. The original cream-coloured upholstery remains underneath the silver lamé covering, yet presents with stained areas and holes. The original rubber cup feet no longer remain, but there is an indication of where they once were.
