Structurally sound. The frame shows mostly light wear to surfaces consistent with use. There is some light surface dirt to the frame scattered throughout but the outer right side has more wear to its polish and is noticeably dirty, with more heavily accumulated surface dirt and dried liquid stains at and downwards from the arm.
There are several splits and cracks in the leather seat and some surface losses and wear to the leather of the padding to the back.
