General wear throughout but with various areas of more pronounced wear to the pile exposing the warp and weft; a noticeable variation between the two halves in the colour of the pink parts (abrash?), divided roughly along the centre line; other more minor variations in colour.

(The underside of the carpet, most of which is presently inaccessible, has not been fully inspected in preparing this report.)
