Maker's mark 'PR', mid-eighteenth century, probably Massachusetts

Of Old English pattern, each with a bowl modelled both sides as a leaf, the shafts and handles chased both sides with floral and foliate designs descending to the heels modelled as leaves, the interiors of the bowls gilt, the backs of the terminals engraved with a crest of a lion rampant holding a crescent, electronically testing at around 94% silver purity
Each about 20.5cm long, 136g in total
