Late 18th–early 19th century, possibly with some replacement elements

Of typical Irish 'fool's chair' form in elm and other woods, each with simple stick back and arms above a slab seat on splayed supports, one with stretchers to the sides
The taller 82cm high, 60cm wide, 58cm deep, the other a little smaller but broader across the arms
