In our opinion, the diamonds are bright and lively, probably of E-F colour and VVS-VS clarity, as gauged and graded within the limitations of the cutting style and the mounting.

The mounting displays some very minor scratches commensurate with age and wear.

The band bears a deep French eagle's head hallmark to the edge, consistent with French assay standards. As is typical with more pronounced hallmarks of this nature, there is a slight corresponding impression to the edge of the band, which is a natural result of the stamping process and does not affect wear.

The ring is of very good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.

Overall condition is very good.
