Centring a circular bezel-set onyx with geometric emerald and diamond detailing, and four onyx, emerald and diamond circular clusters, each spaced by decorative links, completed by a double snake link and parrot clasp,
length 480mm, gross weight 42.6 grams.

The necklace is in excellent condition commensurate for age. XRF tested at low carat gold, 9ct, 14ct and 18ct.
The fancy links are in good condition, straight, with no evidence of damage or repair works weakening the links. They sit flat on the neckline.
The bezel connectors are in good condition with the domed base on the rear showing light markings from wear.
The top bezel settings are in good condtition ad shape around the gemstone settings.
The four panels of onyx are in good condition, one contains a small chip towards the edge at the millegrain bezel edge.
The diamonds are in good condition commensurate with age, as old-cut diamonds, some show light abrading on facet edges commensurate with age, visible through a jeweller's loupe. The claws are in good condition securely holding the diamonds. The bezels around the central diamonds are in good condition and the millegrain finish is as originally made without damage, showing light markings from age. The diamonds are secure.
The emeralds are in good condition showing some light abrading on the surface from wear over time, but are secure in the settings and are a vivid green.
The central onyx panel is in good condition with a bezel showing no evidence of damage, but does display markings from wear over time. The onyx is secure. The bar suspended from the onyx panel containing emeralds and diamonds are in good condition with the gemstones secure in the settings. The bar is not mis-shapen over time, and shows markings on the metal commensurate with age. The clip is secure and closes as designed.
The two double snake chains suspending the necklace are secure, one stamped 750, the other stamped 375. The jump rings are secure and in original shape and the , the parrot lasp is tight and stamped 750.
