Signed 'FORNASETTI-MILANO MADE IN ITALY', numbered N.6 di 7 and dated 2001 lower right, with a 'FORNASETTI [...] MILANO MADE IN ITALY' label on the back and a 'FORNASETTI MILANO' sticker on the upper drawer edge.
