The mahogany case with glazed door to upper section, fixed hood with shallow arch to top, stepped plinth base below glazed door. The painted dial signed Magneta- London. The movement of eight day duration with single weight driving the escapement through a remontoir system whilst driving a magneto to be impulsed each minute with such speed as to generate enough power to power sixty salve clocks. Side wound movement
