A FRENCH FROSTED GLASS 'AIGLE CACHET' INKWELL
BY RENE LALIQUE, CIRCA 1920s

The eagle seal lifts out to reveal a small cavity, fitted with an inkwell liner, all housed in a fitted, stepped and frosted glass base. Etched signature to side of eagle seal.
Approximately 12.5cm high, the base 22cm x 22cm

A significant chip to the eagles beak and bottom corner of base (intersecting with the signature- now partially missing) . Chip to corner of base as well as the internal liner.
Approximately 3340 gms total weight
