Each surmount of cluster design centring a claw-set emerald-cut diamond weighing 1.51 carats and 1.50 carats respectively, framed by circular-cut sapphires supporting a detachable pear-shaped aquamarine drop between a white gold surmount decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds, the aquamarine, sapphire and small diamonds together stated to weigh approximately 34.06 carats, 1.56 carats and 0.09 carats respectively, length approximately 39.00mm, post fittings.

a HRD certificate numbered 09000434185, dated 22 January 2009, stating that the 1.50 carats are tinted white (L) colour, VS2 clarity;
a HRD certificate numbered 09000434186, dated 23 January 2009, stating that the 1.51 carats are tinted white (K) colour, SI1 clarity.
