Lot 515
MID 20TH CENTURY
The rectangular top veneered and cross banded in figured mahogany, raised on tapering square-section legs with brass caps. Accompanied by two elm extension leaves.
75cm high, 180 long not extended, 100cm wide
Estimate $1,200 - $1,800
total length with extension leaves fitted is 263cm; note, that the extension leaves are veneered in ash and therefore do not match the veneer of the main table top (as is common with French extending tables) and that the extending frame at one end is both stiff to move in and out and also requires its joints to be reglued.
