Spots of paint loss throughout particularly in the background on the right hand side and in the sky above Mary, spots of infill throughout to stabilise and touch up paint loss, restoration to top edge in white sky above uplifted arms of angel, examined under UV light, verso lined with old newspapers dated 1857 and 1866.
