"These sculptures reconstruct Euclidian geometry through an intuitive play with space and structure in a process of transformation and change that reveal new geometric relationships to the organic and the poetic. ‘Shadow Play - Fourth Constellation' is a sculpture series based on the geometry of the hypercube, a mathematical concept referring to the fourth dimension, typically symbolised as a cube within a cube. The four-dimensional figure of the hypercube is related to the cube as the cube is related to the square." (Artist's Statement)
