A REGENCE ORMOLU MOUNTED VIOLETWOOD PARQUETRY COMMODE
First quarter 18th century, the marble top above two short and one long drawer with quarter veneer and feather banded fronts having richly cast ormolu handles, escutcheons, the swept legs with scrolled lambrequin cast chutes and leaf cast sabots.
Height 83cm, Width 105cm, Depth 56.5cm

Overall condition consistent with age and use, some chips to veneer, lower right handle loose, marble has been cracked and repaired.
