"This painting depicts designs associated with the rockhole site of Wirrulnga, east of the Kiwirrkura Community. The roundels are rockholes and the lines are the sandhills surrounding the area. A group of women camped at this site. While in the area they gathered the edible berries known as kampurarrpa or desert raisin which they ground into a paste and formed into a type of damper. They also made hair-string skirts which are worn during ceremonies."
As stated on the Papunya Tula Artists certificate of authenticity
