The right stirrup is lacking, as are the reins (both as visible in the catalogue photo). The sculpture is otherwise well presented consistent with age and handling, the original patination (a little darker than it might appear in the catalogue photos) and gilt details well preserved, with no more than typical light handling wear on high points.

The velvet cloth to the underside of the base (apparently original) is worn and almost entirely detached.
