Late 19th century

In Louis XV–XVI 'Transitional' manner, the upper part with a moulded cornice and frieze above a pair of glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves in an interior lined with pale yellow moiré silk, the projecting lower part with a pair of cupboard doors with convex oval centres, on a plinth base, the centres of the cupboard doors and the friezes and corners of both parts with floral marquetry, gilt metal mounts and mouldings throughout
