Lot 223

This is an antique set from Canada with Scottish heritage.
The motifs represent heritage. The suite is in very good condition with all care taken, in the original box.
The amethysts are in good condition with a few showing light abrading from time, but overall the amethysts are in very good condition. The claws are in position and as this is an antique piece, one or two may have shiften slightly over time, but overall are straight and hold the gemstones securely.
The metal is in good condition with the texture of patterns and design in excellent condition as originally made.
The pin is straight and the lock mechanism works as originally intended. The brooch is secure when pinned and closed. The earring hooks are straight and hang as originally intended, the articulating pieces are in good condition. There is one section of link chain that shows some age.
