Lot 247
Composed as a graduating line of multi-coloured circle South Sea pearls measuring approximately 13mm x 13.5mm, completed by an 18ct yellow and white gold clasp, inner circumference 480mm, gross weight approximately 92.7 grams.
Accompanied by:
a Paspaley Pearls certificate numbered 490217, dated 29 December 2003;
a Paspaley box.
Estimate $7,000 - $10,000
In our opinion, the South Sea pearls are of creamy bodycolour with soft golden and green overtones, some natural indentations and growth structures, very minor scratches to surface, clasp secure.
The necklace is of good workmanship with signs of wear consistent with age and use, not noticeable when worn.
Overall condition very good.
