The pendant is in excellent condition, with no evidence of damage or repair works to any part of the heart setting or fleur-de-lis bale. The etched work on the bale is clear and with good relief.
There is no evidence of damage to the claw settings, and the diamonds are secure in the settings.
There is no evidence of significant damage or chips to the emerald, and the emerald is secure in the setting.
There is no evidence of significant damage or chips to the diamonds, and they are secure in the setting. Light abrasions are observed on table edge through a jeweller's loupe.
There is evidence of very light markings on the metal to the rear of the heart pendant, care has been taken at all time with this pendant.
The bale holds the heart pendant securely and articulates as originally intended. The chain is in good condition with no evidence of wear on the links.
