A FINE AND RARE CARVED CHINESE QINGBAI FOLIATE RIM 'DUCK' BOWL, SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY, 12TH CENTURY
The interior of the bowl is finely carved with three ducks swimming amidst lotus blossoms and aquatic foliage. It is covered overall with a beautiful with a translucent glaze of a lustrous bluish tone appearing lucid in areas where it pools. It's with a fitted box.

A qingbai bowl with similar form, carved with flowers on the interior, see Christie's New York, 27/03/2026, lot 612.

The bowl has a very fine vertical glaze crack extending vertically from the footrim, otherwise, overall in good condition.
