Of cluster design, centring a claw-set oval sapphire weighing 13.75 carats, framed by a halo of brilliant-cut diamonds, the small diamonds together weighing approximately 0.44 carats, mounted in 18ct white gold, size M1/2.
Accompanied by a GSL report numbered AA66719, dated 2 September 2022, stating that the 13.75 carat sapphire is natural, with no indication of heating, of Burma origin.
